I weigh 229 pounds.
I can’t believe I’m publicly posting that number!
My all time heaviest weight was closer to 250 pounds, so I’ve made some progress over the last year.
Unfortunately, I gained 10 pounds back over the last month – after losing 20 pounds between February and April of this year.
And that’s just unacceptable.
It’s time to work harder and be more accountable.
Hence the publicly posted number on the interwebz.
I have a plan; it worked fabulously earlier this year and helped me lose 20 pounds. I have a spreadsheet where I track daily weigh-ins and chart it on a line that represents my goal.
As you can see, it’s not going so well – the blue dots are supposed to be BELOW the line!
But I can do it, if I eat right and exercise. I just need to remain determined and motivated.
And I’m hoping that writing about it here will give me some extra accountability.
- No sugar.
- No refined carbs. No white rice, no potatoes.
- Lots of green vegetables.
- Work out. Every day.
I can do this. I will do this.
