This was a good week. I was back in the gym. I worked exceptionally hard over the weekend, striving to break some personal records – and I did! On Sunday, I walked/jogged just over 3 miles (okay, most of it was walking). I went from ~600 steps to over 7,000 just from that morning’s workout.
I felt invincible.

Total Lost: 13.4 pounds
I’m not going to meet my original goal in the time frame I’d hoped (to be 199 by April 15th), but that’s okay. I will still make that goal – it will just take me a little bit longer.
As always, my measurements show overall change rather than the difference from week to week.
Neck: -.75 (no change)
Arms: -.75 (these have gone up a bit, but I’m not complaining because I can see some definition in my guns! )
Total: -14 inches
