Last night I posted this on MyFitnessPal:
I am REALLY struggling with food lately. The problem, I think, is that I started making poor choices but I “settled” with choices that weren’t as bad as what I was craving. So in suppressing those cravings, I’m just making it worse and worse and worse. IT’S KILLING ME.
I am failing.
Surprisingly enough, my weight stayed the same for the past three days; I didn’t gain. But overall for the week? Yeah, I’m up. I’ve been fluctuating within the same few pounds for weeks now.
It’s disheartening. It’s frustrating. And it’s failure.
Starting Weight: 233.6
Last Weigh-in: 219.8
Current Weight: 220.2
Total Lost: 13.4 pounds
I’m exactly where I was two weeks ago.
It could be worse, but the thing is… my original goal was to be down almost 20 pounds by now. I certainly haven’t made that.
And this week I didn’t bother to take my measurements. They should be the same.
