And this weekend was a huge food weekend – graduation cook out and Mother’s Day.
In short: I pigged out this week… and wasn’t going to the gym.
That means I gained weight this week. A not-insubstantial-amount.
But I’m okay with that. I consciously made the choices to eat poorly and not go to the gym. But this is only a setback, not a failure.

Current Weight: 221.6
Total Lost: 12 pounds
I didn’t bother with measurements – I didn’t see a point.
But today is a new day. I’ll be in that gym after work tonight, and my menu is all planned out for the day. I know what to do, I just have to actually do it. Last week, I chose not to. This week, I’m back on track.
