I changed my diet this week to a more calorie restricted diet (1400 calories) and it seems this is – for now – the magic number. It didn’t hurt that I killed it at the gym last week too!

Total Lost: 13.8 pounds
I have to be honest though – I’m really tired of seeing this number. I’ve been fluctuating around 220 for so long! Hopefully this week was the jump start I needed to KEEP MOVING DOWN.
But, I am still seeing a difference in my clothes. Things fit better. I feel so much more confident. I am happy.
I like working out.
Who would have ever thought that *I* would say that? But it’s true now! I benched 95 pounds last week. 95! And it made me feel accomplished.
Life is good.
As always, my total measurements show overall change rather than the difference from week to week.
Neck: -.5 (up .5 from two weeks ago)
Hips: -3.75 (no change)
Chest: -3.5 (no change)
Calves: -1 (up .25 from two weeks ago)
Total: -22 inches
