Yes, this post is a few days late. You see – I’ve switched my weigh-in day to Friday. It’s the only thing that makes sense, really. Weigh-in after the week of working out and before the weekend of less than stellar food choices. It’s a win-win!
So, while I’m posting results today, keep in mind that they’re from Friday the 13th – a mere four days after my most recent Check In!
Starting Weight: 233.6
Last Weigh-in: 219.8
Current Weight: 218.6
Total Lost: 15 pounds
How awesome is that??
And this week I should have even better results! This week, Ernest decided to torture me with 2 workouts per day – cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening. This morning was my first 6am cardio workout – and I survived! I didn’t feel nearly as awful as I expected.
My measurements were kind of all over the place. I didn’t expect much of a drop over four days, but I didn’t expect some of the fluctuation I saw either. But I guess that just goes to show that our bodies truly have a mind of their own.
As always, my total measurements show overall change rather than the difference from week to week.
Waist: -2 (up from -2.5)
Chest: -2.5 (up from -3.5)
Total: -22.75 inches
