I will be eating hotdogs today – what’s a 4th of July without a hotdog?
But, I’m not going to overindulge.
I’m not on a diet. I’m changing my lifestyle. I’m learning to eat healthy and exercise to keep my body healthy. That doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy food I love from time to time. I even did so last night, and it didn’t completely screw over my weigh in today!

Current Weight: 219

I also learned that I *can* workout by myself and still get good results. I did my own leg day yesterday morning and I’m already sore! I clearly did something right.
Neck: -1 (no change)
Waist: -2.5 (no change)
Hips: -4.25 (no change)
Thighs: -9.25 (no change)
Total: -25.75 inches
Another amazing thing? I bought a pair of capris this week that are a size 18! It’s been years since I’ve been able to wear that size. I’m still struggling to see the changes in my own body, but I can wear smaller clothes. I’m hoping eventually that my own perception will begin to match reality.
