My body is putting itself right again, and the scale is reflecting that. Thank goodness! I’m not quite back on target to meet my goal (205 by September 14th – the day we CRUISE!), but if I don’t get there I’ll get damn close.
I am struggling to get back into my gym routine. I don’t have a partner right now, so it’s harder to get up and go when I know there’s no one waiting for me. I miss it though. I miss lifting and seeing the amount of weight I can lift go up.
Starting Weight: 233.6
Last Weigh-in: 218.5
Current Weight: 216.3
And the problem with not going to the gym is that my measurements aren’t going down like they were. It seems like I either lose inches, but not pounds on the scale OR I lose on the scale, but not inches! Argh.
Neck: -1.25 (no change)
Waist: -2 (up 1.5 from last week)
Arms: -3 (up .5 from last week)
Calves: -2 (no change)
Total: -27 inches (up from 28 last week)
